#DifferentTogether Pledge
In 2020, B.C.’s Lieutenant Governor invited all British Columbians to take the #DifferentTogether pledge, encouraging us to think about our own roles in upholding the values of diversity and inclusion and in opposing racism and hate.
This pledge continues to be relevant as we continue to see incidents of race-based violence and discrimination. We encourage you to join us in taking this pledge and sharing it in our communities.
How to take the #DifferentTogether Pledge:
- Visit the Lieutenant Governor’s web page and download the pledge for social media
- Share the pledge on social media and tag your friends and family
- Follow us on Facebook and tag us! We want to highlight your commitment to opposing racism Campbell River and the Comox Valley, and we won’t know you’ve made the pledge unless you share your commitment with us.
